This apartment was newly renovated in July of 2023. The BR & bath are located on the 2nd floor lending more room for entertaining on the 1st floor. With a private front deck for those quiet morning coffees & a glass slider out to the back shared deck for that afternoon glass of wine. Fire pit in both the front and the back of the house for those breezy nights. Right off the strip, within walking distance to all entertainment, restaurants & shopping. Enjoy the sights of GOTL from the front porch.
