Very good accommodation, well cared for and with everything you need to have a good time. It has a very good location, in a very quiet environment and in turn very close to the center of Mar de las Pampas and the beach. The grill/deck sector is very usable given that it is roofed and applied enough to be able to eat right there. Mariana and Pablo are a 10! Very friendly, very flexible and very attentive to take care of what you may need.

The house is excellent. We have already been alohado before and it is unbeatable in every way: Location, amenities, view. The hosts are great and always attentive to everything. Congratulations.

The house is super nice, modern, comfortable mattresses and has 2 bathrooms. Located about 12 blocks from the beach approx. It has a nice patio and a grill with a pergola that is also very nice. We went in June, so it was quite cold in Valeria, but the house has heating in all the rooms, so we were super warm. Hernan gave us all the necessary information to enter, he offered us a flexible check-in and checkout, which is a great deal. I broke a glass, but Hernan didn't give us any trouble, a boss. My only recommendation would be to offer the towel and sheet service for those of us who want to travel light, but the rest is 10 points. The accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a genius.

everything was great! very quiet neighborhood not far from the ocean. nature and beauty. the only thing you need to bring with you is a dishwasher detergent and washing powder. everything you need is in the house. the fireplace is beautiful. thank you!

Excellent apartment! Super comfortable and modern. The balcony is a dream, with a grill and armchairs to rest. Hugo is always attentive and looking for a solution to everything. If you're hesitating to stay here, do it. You won't regret it.

Great place and service from the host

The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Maybe if they are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it meets everything. Elevators (2), pool, parking lot, games room, living room, washing machine and gym. 10 points. The view it has makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the crockery is fair for 4 people, I mean if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, you should bring their cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. Fridge, oven, air and everything you need for a good stay has it. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it does. It is great to be a 10’ walk from the center of Pinamar, perhaps to go to the beach walking a little longer. If you are with a car in 5’ you are at the beach and the carport is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the price/quality ratio is very good, with a central and quiet area.

I'd like to highlight Guido's very good service. Always attentive to our needs and the apartment is in a nice, central area, a few steps away from the beach, with a heated pool. Excellent place.

I found Carolina's apartment on the day, needed to change my stay and she responded right away. She was very kind to me. The apartment is spectacular, the bed is super comfortable and the shower has strength. The wifi works well for working and has a garage which gave me practicality. The location is good, close to the firefighters and around the cinema! Pd) has a large patio balcony with grill and tender.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We did very well in Adriana's apartment and she as a host is extremely friendly. Everything works very well in the apartment, even on very cold days, and the temperature inside was spectacular. The location is very good, but if you go without a car you should keep in mind that it is several blocks to the beach, with a car you are 1 min. from everything. Adriana was extremely flexible with the schedule, both for check-in and check-out. Definitely a highly recommended option.

We were very happy with the apartment, it is very modern both inside and the building and has everything you need to enjoy a holiday as a couple. It's just as it appears in the photos. The location is impeccable, you're close to everything. Juan is an excellent host, he was always friendly, attentive, willing to help and flexible so that we could meet our schedules. The apartment and the impeccable building! Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Javier was a genius, he was always very attentive from before getting there, during the stay and until we left the depto. We will definitely be back.

We had a great 4 nights with the family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable ,clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for making an asado with the family. The Amenities of the building are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry Sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps from the mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.

We had an excellent stay, The apartment was spotless, just like the photos or better, very well equipped and in an unbeatable area. The indoor pool is heated and has security. We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence. Both Eva and Carlos are always attentive to any need or help they can offer!
