The apartment was just like the photos, we were not disappointed. The private is very quiet, the place is clean and José is always on the lookout for anything.

The place was nice, tidy, clean and with a nice smell when you entered. It has its own private access and is easy to access, apart from being safe. It has all the services, including hot water. The area is quiet and central.

Excellent accommodation, a central location, incredible view, beautiful interior architecture and many amenities near the place such as restaurants and shops in the same building. The host is always attentive to our needs, very kind. The airbnb is also very well equipped. I loved staying there!! Thank you very much for everything

I went with my family to an event, and the house was the ideal meeting point, super comfortable, beautiful, it was in the middle of the restaurant, the udem, until the beauty room was 5 minutes away, Esther an excellent host, we decided to stay one more night to rest and live with the family. I highly recommend it!!

The stay was very comfortable and the place is very good, all areas of the house were clean and the directions for check-in and check-out were clear. When you arrive they welcome you with a small personalized letrerito which I thought was nice, they also added some recommendations of places nearby around the area to eat. The hostess was friendly and helpful regarding my questions about the place. I highly recommend it

I'll start by saying that Maribel communicated at all times, and answered all my questions super fast! The house is in a super nice, quiet and safe area! Super clean and spacious! We walk to the pool every night and have fun! I highly recommend Maribel's house and I would stay at her house again!

This place was perfect for our stay. It was cozy and clean. The ac worked great. And this place has an amazing view of the city. Great location and Walking distance from a convention store for snacks. The host were also very responsive and great with check in process.

I chose the accommodation because of the proximity of the Monterrey Arena and it was amazing, we were treated well at reception, a very safe place, the accommodation was very comfortable, pleasant and faithful to the publication, too bad it was only one night, but I will consider this accommodation again.

Great place to stay! Ivan and his team always try to go above and beyond to communicate and assist you in everyway. The property is bigger than I was expecting, and with all the amenities that the building and the location has to offer, it was an AMAZING stay and I would definitely recommend it. Looking forward for our next trip to MTY.

The place is even more impressive than the photos, it's huge, very spacious and super nice. We had no complications, all the details of the two parties were discussed perfectly beforehand. The truth is that they were very understanding since we needed a space for something very particular, they understood perfectly and everything was discussed and agreed well. I would definitely wash it again.
