Independent and elegant 48 m² studio in a detached house, accommodating 2 people. Cette ancienne ferme isolée a été rénovée dans un style moderne et contemporain. Elle peut accueillir des groupes jusque 15 personnes. Elle se situe à 1km du centre du village de Génelard. Elle est facilement accessible puisqu'elle se trouve à 1km de la E607. Grande terrasse et jardin clos dominants une prairie privative. 450m2 d'espace intérieur avec une cuisine ouverte sur une terrasse suspendue de 55m2.
