Very private, quiet and comfy house with a great host. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this property for a long duration. Everything is exactly as described. The studio is nice and spacious with high ceilings. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom serve well. Plenty of storage. Throughout the day the studio gets a mixture of cool shade and direct sunlight which is a nice combo. The town of Casarano is a wonderful and vibrant place with amazing architecture, great restaurants and cafes. Everything is within easy walking distance. Maria was a great host. She was kind enough to collect me from the train station upon arrival. She is very attentive and responsive, and always ensured that I had fresh bed linen and towels. I would recommend this place for both short and long term stays. Great value and a pleasant experience.

Cosimo and Nicol are super helpful and responsive . We found impeccable cleanliness, a quiet area of extreme silence, excellent rotisseries/ fast food, bars, and supermarkets are also easily accessible. Our family had a really good time staying with you, there will definitely be other opportunities Thank you so much for making us feel at home!

The house leaves nothing to be desired. Super equipped, beautiful huge terrace. Even if it does not have a sea view, the location in the immediate location to the sea is simply good. Antonio was a very friendly host with great tips for restaurants and shopping for regional products. We enjoyed the week very much and felt super comfortable. Absolutely recommended!
