It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Welcome to our 160 m² family house in Gemeaux, 12 minutes from Dijon, 25 minutes from the wine road, 40 minutes from Beaune and Langres. Our house is an ideal place to gather with family or friends for a relaxing stay, outdoor walk or the discovery of tourist sites around. The house is warm and can easily accommodate 9 people.
