The site belongs to a small but well known nursery that specialises in herbs and ornamental herbs. Sited in the middle of Tuscany, between Florence and the Mediterranean see (Versilia) Casa di Lea is easily reachable by car (the highway A11 is only 2km far away). The train station "Altopascio" can be reached in a couple of minute and the Pisa airport in ca. 30 min. An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines.
