Welcome to your 125 sqm wellness oasis – pure relaxation and comfort! Two bedrooms with 4 beds offer relaxing nights. Experience the sauna for 4 with Himalayan stone, the XXL shower and the balcony with jacuzzi, grill and dining table – with breathtaking panoramic views. The gallery impresses with a chill-out corner, desk and training facility and a bed. The living room boasts a huge sofa, TV and swing. The modern kitchen has an induction stove and large refrigerator.

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

Enjoy the rural tranquility in this cozy little apartment. We are renting a new, fully furnished 2-room granny apartment. The forest and nature are just a few meters away. In the village, there are restaurants, supermarkets and a beautiful park as well as an outdoor swimming pool right next door. The district town of Balingen is minutes away and invites you to stroll and linger. Free parking is right outside the apartment on the property.

The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
