After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

Comfortable, modern apartment with separate entrance. Convenient location: Freeway A8: 4min, Train station Merklingen: 3km, Bus stop: 2min. Ulm: 12min (train) or 20min (car). Airport Stuttgart: 35min (car). Highlights: Outlet City Metzingen, Legoland, Swabian Alb biosphere region, climbing, caves, Blautopf, ... For longer-term bookings cheaper prices by arrangement.

Modern and cozy apartment in a central location

The apartment has 2 spacious rooms in which 2 people can be accommodated. A bathroom with shower and sink, a toilet and a kitchen with stove, oven and fridge are also available. The sleeping accommodations are equipped with fresh linens. The bathroom is always equipped with freshly washed hand and bath towels. A hairdryer is also available to dry off after bathing.

Apartment "Lena" in the countryside

Cozy apartment, the decor was cozy and modern. A large couch invites you to end the evening in a relaxed way. You are welcome to cook, a dining table is available for eating. The bathroom was redesigned in 2025.

Ferienwohnung Löwenmensch

Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are well reached by car.

Cozy room in the attic of a semi-detached house very close to the Burgau city center. The house is situated on a quiet street. A private bathroom/toilet is located right next to the room.
