Ruhebereich, neuwertige Ausstattung, komplette Renovierung 2001. Vermieter wohnen im Hauptgebäude eines komplett kernsanierten und renovierten ehemaligen Bauerngehöftes. Der ehemalige "Schweinestall" wurde zu Garage und Gartenhaus umgebaut. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich die Ferienwohnung. Fachwerk und die ursprüngliche Atmosphäre wurden erhalten.

Ich vermiete ein gepflegtes Zimmer in meinem Haus in ruhiger Wohnlage in Geislingen an der Steige. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Einliegerwohnung im Souterrain, hat einen eigenen Außenzugang, zwei Fenster so wie eigenes Badezimmer. Ein Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und ein Kühlschrank sind vorhanden – ideal für Pendler:innen, Berufstätige oder Wochenendheimfahrer:innen, die keine Küche benötigen. Wichtig: Keine Küche vorhanden. Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Haustiere nicht möglich.

The apartment is located in the quiet district of Eybach of the city of Geislingen on the Steige. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a side bed. In addition, there is another sleeping accommodation in the living room. There is a large bathroom with floor-level shower and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and dishwasher and a lot of kitchen appliances and leaves nothing to be desired here. The big terrace invites you to relax.

In the living room there is a dining table with 2 chairs, a sofa bed and an armchair. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Spices and oils, coffee and tea are at your leisure.
