We loved this little house with our private terrace! The owner always asked if we need anything else, he was very helpful and friendly ! Kitchen is fully equipped. Our children loved the toasty maker, so they could have melted cheese sandwiches every day! The best sandy beach is only about 10 min drive, but we also used the local sandy beach 1 min walk away. The beaches around generally quiet shallow, so is good for children. Our favourite Gira place just 1 min walk away, you need to turn left after exiting the house and go straight towards the beach , is on the right hand side, and it’s generous portions, with really nice chips for a naughty treat! We would come back again!

Logement fidèle aux photos avec superbe vue sur la mer, bien situé, équipé, propre et spacieux et qui reste frais l’été grâce aux chambres au Rez de chaussée. Pour les sensibles aux bruits, le logement est un peu proche de la route, mais peu de passage. Communication parfaite et accueil sans faille. Katarina a cherché à être la plus arrangeante possible à tous les instants. Merci beaucoup

Die Wohnung von Panagiotis liegt traumhaft schön direkt am Meer und Strand. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auf dem Tisch stand frisches Obst für uns bereit. Er hat uns auch gleich ein paar Tipps gegeben, was man in der Umgebung machen kann. In dem kleinen Dorf gibt es 2 Restaurants und eine interessante Bar. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen. Ein wunderbarer, ruhiger Ort mitten in der Natur/im Olivenhain mit tollem Blick über die Hügel und sehr schöner Terrasse... Die Gastgeber stehen immer freundlich für Tipps oder Auskünfte bereit und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100 %.

La mer est à 200 mètres, la plage est idéale, du sable propre, eau transparente, on a pied longtemps, et en septembre nous sommes souvent seuls. Pour les chiens, la terrasse est grillagée et autour il y a énormément d'espace.

superschöne, saubere wohnung mit meerblick. wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. der vermieter sotiris war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns tipps gegeben und sogar vom flughafen abgeholt. fazit: sehr, sehr schön und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

The location is extraordinary - with a magnificent view over the sea and the surrounding hills. There is nothing around except a few cows, wild goats and some derelict stone stables. The house is about 15min drive from the nearest village (Potamos) throught a steep dirt/rocky road. Absolutely fine with a small SUV or regular car even if a few tricky bends on the way up when car is heavy loaded. Going up and down twice a day for shopping/beach outing is something to think about however. The house is well equipped and we had no issues at all with the solar power. The rooms are great, on different levels, each with their own terrace and feel very private. The plunge pool is lovely. The house gets sun from all sides through the day and it can get very hot - Stefano was kind to provide extra fans for us. 2 accesses to the sea from the house via a 20/30 min steep walk, - rocks, no sand. not for small kids but several A-mazing beaches on Kithira. Remote, beautiful, calm, super night skies.

Great hosts, gave us good tips and recommended places to visit in the area. The kids really enjoyed the playground!

The room we stayed in was really clean and comfortable. The view from the room and the pool is also amazing. great location . The host was also friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Will definitely recommend and return here.

The place was fantastic! 3 separate houses worked out well for our group. The pool was amazing as was the island. But equally great was Elina.. She met us at the airport and had a map ready, showing us the not to be missed places. We would definitely come back and will!

Everything about our stay at Michael's place was nice! The place itself is lovely and matched the description. As a family of 4, we had a comfortable stay and each member could enjoy different parts of the house without being "in the way". High ceilings, spacious rooms, fully equiped and with a "feel at home" vibe at first glance. Extra bonus was Michael himself, who undoubtedly was a great host! Friendly, accessible, gave us insight and great recommendations, was flexible with check in and with clear instructions. He also hosted a farewell party which will be fondly remembered by us as a highlight, with good food and great company! Michael we hope to come back one day! Thank you !

Andreas was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble and he was easily contactable throughout our stay. He had excellent knowledge of the island which helped plan our days out! I would be a bit hesitant traveling with young children as there are lots of steps down to the pool area. The house is actually much bigger than it seemed in the photos and the beautiful view of the countryside was an unexpected treat. we loved exploring the island and will definitely come back in the summer! Great stay at this cosy house. It was tidy, equipped with high quality appliances and had good vibes. The location was convenient and easy to reach by car just outside Monemvasia. We would happily stay there again. Thanks!

We loved staying here for our visit. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is beautiful in the mountains and the view from the porch is unmatched! It’s about a 20-25 min drive to the closest city Gytheio but not too bad. There’s lots to explore! Would stay here again!

l'alloggio è come riportato sulle foto e sulla descrizione. Ha tutto quello che serve e in cucina sono presenti molti elettrodomestici. È un po' fuori Monemvasia che è comunque raggiungibile in 2 minuti di macchina. È molto tranquillo. Mary è molto reattiva e dà indicazioni molto precise per raggiungere l'alloggio.

Siamo stati benissimo a Christina's house, alloggio situato a 5 minuti dal lungomare in zona tranquilla, abbiamo apprezzato molto il necessario per la colazione con la torta fatta in casa e le molte bottiglie in frigo. Christina è stata sollecita e rapida nelle comunicazioni, alloggio consigliatissimo!

I had a lovely long stay in Spyros/Danai’s place. The flat is very beautiful, right across the sea, literally a few steps from the beach! with amazing view of the sea that’s better than photos, both from inside and outside and a lovely, soothing sound of waves! It’s so bright and cheerful, tastefully decorated in white and blue. Having clean AC that works well really helped in warm/hot weather. Solar worked great with hot water available even on cloudy or rainy days! The kitchen had useful appliances and good quality steel utensils which is healthier (unlike non-stick that scratches). Grocery store (supermarket) is just a few doors across, also a fruit and vegetables store. For those that don’t cook, there’s a lot of restaurants right across and right below throughout the street! There are lovely beaches and coast all along for several miles! The neighborhood and entire island is very safe and the locals are very nice and friendly! Spyros and Katerina responded quickly to any questions

This is a beautiful apartment that is nicely decorated and it really felt like home. The central location made our stay very convenient while still offering a peaceful environment. Olga is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

Très belle en placement. Qui aurait mérité un plus long séjour de notre part mais nous devions suivre notre parcours. Nous recommandons ce séjour a tous
