Come escape to this updated, comfortable one level beach getaway. Exceptional location, 2021 remodel - new beds. Enjoy walking to the beach, bakery, coffee, ice cream, golf course, and more. The house has a great room set up with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The family room is a wonderful gathering area for guests. The large landscaped back yard (unfenced) is perfect for outdoor activities or to simply relax in. The quaint, little town of Gearhart is a special gem of the Oregon coast. Come visit us!

Enjoy beautiful, ocean and Estuary views from the living room, dining room and kitchen of this open-air chalet-style duplex. Situated on the estuary, white-water views and wonderful wildlife abounds on the mouth of the ocean. Away from the busy center. The beach, Broadway, promenade, and Convention Center are all just down the street. My home is big enough for small families, but cozy enough for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. No pets or service animals.

"Fairview" of the Columbia River!

3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!
