Jacob's listing was easy to find and simple to check in. The location has a dedicated parking spot in addition to street parking. The house was spotless and perfect for my wife, myself and our toddler. You are just blocks away from Blue Scorcher bakery, Bowpicker, Fort George Brewing and many other establishments. I would happily stay here again next time we are in town.

This was the second time my 2 friends and I stayed at this beautiful home in Warrenton. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, a short walk to Ft Stevens State Park. Drive into Astoria is not far. Kitchen is well equipped. Home is elegant, spacious and uncluttered. Perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring in Astoria area.

This place was great! We rode bikes to everything, that was so nice! The house was well appointed, in a great location, clean and so cozy!

Great spot in fantastic proximity to the beach and town. The beach was no more than two or three minutes away and the heart of town is no more than 10 minutes at a moseying pace. Access to the promenade is fantastic and made for a great holiday weekend. The house itself was comfortable and had everything we were wanting from it. Definitely recommend for a Seaside visit.

We had an amazing stay—definitely a 5-star experience! Tram was such a thoughtful and responsive host, making everything smooth from start to finish. The house was in a perfect location; we loved being able to bike to downtown and explore the area so easily. One of our favorite features was the crab pots—such a fun and unexpected bonus! It made our stay feel even more local and unique. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Tram, for helping make our trip so memorable!

Great house right by the beach and aquarium and very close to the turnaround. The whole upstairs is a master suite with a jacuzzi tub which was nice, and this house being behind another house separates it from the noise a bit. There were plenty of extra chairs and toys in the shed which was helpful with having kids visiting from out of state

This place is amazing! It was just two of us on this trip so we had more room than we needed but felt like it was the perfect place for our visit to the Astoria area. We are already thinking about who to bring with us next time and will definitely stay here again if it is available. Nate was very responsive and checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed. We will recommend this to friends and family traveling to the area and will be back again in the future. If it was possible, I’d give this 6 Stars!

5 Stars – A Perfect Home Away from Home! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach house in Rockaway Beach! From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like a home away from home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The decor was charming, the beds were super comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. We loved being just a short walk from the beach, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to unwind. The pet friendly policy was amazing as we never travel without our dogs! Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or enjoying a peaceful evening by the fireplace, every moment was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was the perfect place for our family. It was clean and well stocked. It had all of the amenities we needed. We brought our dog and the fenced backyard was perfect for him to run. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, a grocery store, and a quick walk to the beach. The host was responsive and accommodating. This is a great place to stay to experience all of Seaside!

One of the cleanest houses/cabins we have rented and stayed in. The surroundings were wonderful and the mosquitoes were no joke either. We enjoyed one great night in the hot tub for hours watching the stars that was very relaxing and needed soul medicine. Will definitely book again in the future trips to L.B.

The setting couldn't be better. It had everything we needed. It was practically our own beach. (We were right there before Memorial Day - beaches were almost empty.) Stunning unobstructed views. My foot expert told me to do barefoot walks on the beach + get my feet in the ocean. (I've had issues with my feet). Very healing. The sunsets were NUTS. Last time we stayed in this building (different unit), we were treated to two sightings of a bald eagle gliding over the beach on our last day. I was hoping that would happen again -it did. That's a well-trained eagle - this time landing in the creek that empties into the sea. It hit its mark perfectly! 🙃 Maybe rubber-backed mats in the bathrooms. We kept bunching them up. Maybe change the sign by the door? This may be our last visit to this marvelous place, as our knees are going south. We are ancient! PERFECT place for people with good knees. Our dumb knees are the only thing that would keep us away. Maybe with PT we'll be back! 🌊🌊🌊

Craig & Dulce were great hosts. They were quick and friendly in any questions we had for them and also very accommodating. The condo was very well equipped/stocked. Very clean and comfortable and with all this it also has a million dollar view!!!!! Thank you Craig and Dulce for sharing your property with us

Tami’s place was clean and as described. A nice relaxing getaway within an easy walk from the beach and center of town.

Perfect location for all the fun stuff in town and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Our only regret was we could only stay for 2 nights but, will be trying to arrange another longer stay in the future. Condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. Gorgeous view from living area and very comfortable bedding.

Amazing location! So many nice touches such as ziplock for our picnics and coffee and teas. Plenty of plug- in’s/ outlets! It was simply perfect for a relaxing get-away. Cast aways was our favorite place to eat. Scoops ice cream is SO good. Fun to be able to drive on the beach. We will be back!!!!

We had a great few days at Yings’s place! She was very responsive and had great welcoming instructions everything was a breeze to get to place. Wonderful view and easy walk to beach. Great for families. Definitely would recommend and stay again!
