Hello, i highly recommend it. Super cottage, lake, everything very thoughtful.

Wow. Ledowohouse exceeded all expectations. From the pre-arrival communication which was detailed and helpful, such as booking our taxis and allowing early check - in, Slawomir remained easy to contact. The property was spacious and clean, with big rooms and all the amenities needed. Communal areas were comfy and had an antique feel which our group loved. Getting taxis/Ubers into Gdansk took a few minutes wait but was never a real issue. The pool, sauna, hot tub, were all amazing and provided much fun. The BBQ, campfire, and pizza oven were also awesome and we made some great memories here. The large golf course was awesome and we loved zipping around in the buggy too. Slawomir went above and beyond by driving us to the police station twice when HE found on FB one of our wallets had been handed in. This is without us asking! Slaw also dropped off a new goodie each morning: jams, wine, tomato sauce, and honey. Clearly, Slaw loves hosting guests. Thank you!

Great place for a larger group. There are no railings on the stairs and you have to be careful especially with small children. The apartment is really nice and the area is quiet. For our group of 7 people, this modern house worked really well!

The cottage is very cool, well-equipped. With very comfortable beds and a large bathroom (plus a large shower). A beautiful tiled stove where we lit a fire every night to enjoy the great atmosphere it created. It was chilly during our stay and we didn't decide to use the tub. The cottage has two large bedrooms, etc etc. We immediately felt at home and had a great rest during our stay. The owner was super polite, he wanted us to have everything we needed to have a nice time. Super quiet before the season. Perfect for escaping from the hustle and bustle of a big city. The sea under your nose, the Vistula River under your nose, on Żuławy close (there are beautiful shaded houses in the area that you need to see + windmills. Amish has long since left, but the trace of them remained and it was super enjoyable to discover their history during our stay. We really enjoyed our family time in Żuławy/the coast.

The house is beautiful, brand-new and of high standard. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for a stay along the Baltic Sea (30 min walk) and in proximity to Gdansk.

We had a very nice stay at Anna's place. The house and garden were actually nicer and bigger then it looked on the pictures. Area was calm and quiet even though there are other houses around. And just a 5 minutes walk away is a nice public beach were kids could play in the sand and water.

Actual state more than the listing matches. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, very clean. Just a place off the beaten path, with a large garden (orchard). For a small fee, you can bathe in a garden tub or rent an electric bike. Communicative, open-minded, and very welcoming hosts, yet completely unnatural and respectful of guests' privacy. With a pure heart, I can recommend a visit to Gracjan and his family unconvinced.

Very nice owners, nice and well-maintained house, rich in attractions, sauna, fire pit, barbecue, bar, disco ball and partying area, pool table, big and well-maintained garden. The location is perfect for walking enthusiasts. The only thing, although I personally think it's a small downside is very poor coverage and poor wifi.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything looks exactly like in the photos, clean and a lot of love for detail. Nothing was missing, everything we needed was there and Agnieszka was always available with questions. The spiral staircase to the upper floor was no problem for my kids (2.5+4). They enjoyed a great kids room with lots of toys. In summer temperatures, a cool house and a great garden with a large terrace+barbecue are just perfect. Two cars are safely located in the driveway on the fenced property. In a few minutes you are at the Späti, on the beach and on the main mile Sopots. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house!

Perfect for me, it's the perfect place. Close to Gdynia Adventure Park, where I had a run and could easily walk without worrying about where to park my car. Quiet neighborhood, so I could get a good night's sleep before and after the run. House in the allotment garden - charming with a beautiful garden. The host was very helpful and communicative - she sent me a video manual with the help of which I could check in and answer any questions. I recommend. If I participate in BMK in a year, I will definitely be back :)

Tomasz's weekend was wonderful. Evenings in the hot tub and sauna amidst the lights and the birch made us rest and relax for all the time! The proximity of the Kashubian route and the Tri-City in general is an undoubted advantage. A 10-minute walk to the picturesque island lake is just a 10-minute walk away. Hosts are very kind, great to get along with, and explain everything without any problems. Available all the time, and we know we'll be back more than once! About the cottage... Fairy tale! Fully equipped and decorated to a really high standard! A fenced plot surrounded by a forest makes you feel close to nature and take a break from people. 10/10 place. Highly recommend!

We were a Swedish family of 5 visiting the Tri-city area for a few days and we had a lovely time! The house is perfect for kids. Designated play room, Barbie doll house and X-box with plenty of games. Private terrace with a bbq-grill. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Short car ride to the beach. A grocery store a little further up the street. Private parking just outside the house. Access to a washer and dryer (total life saver!). The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area. We got a little tour of the house when we arrived (wifi-password, how to close the blinds etc) which was really helpful. The hosts had left flowers and treats for the kids on the kitchen table, which was a really nice gesture. Overall really friendly and accomodating hosts. We checked out leaving the keys in their locked mailbox. I highly recommend this place to other families. I would love to stay at this house again should we ever come back :)
