A two-room apartment with a large 14 sqm terrace, in a new, guarded housing estate. Living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bedroom. Bathroom with shower Smart TV and fiber optic internet. Parking space. There is a playground and an outdoor gym in the green estate. The apartment is located in the buffer zone of the Tri-City Landscape Park (perfect for walks, cycling, etc.) 5 km to the beach in Orłowo by car, about 3 km through the forest on foot. 8 kilometers to the pier in Sopot.

There is also everything you need for longer stays, including washing machine and a dishwasher.
