Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.
