Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Country cottage - Norrlandet - Gävle

The house is in a quiet and pleasant area in nature. It was built in the 1950s, but has since been renovated and partially modernized. For those who appreciate simple conditions in an authentic environment, the house is a place of peace. Four single beds are available, two in the house, and two in the guest house. Please note that the toilet (dry toilet) and shower with hot water are located in the guest house. It is a place well suited to being in contact with nature, exercising, resting and finding peace.

Hela huset är renoverat detta år och har nya och fräscha möbler till gästernas bekvämlighet. 7 sängar, en bäddsoffa samt två soffor där så många som 8 personer får plats. Fiberinternet finns i huset samt parkering utanför där 3 bilar får gott om plats. Coop och badhus finns också bara ett stenkast bort. Även tillgänglig för långtidsuthyrning.
