Located in a strategic place for those who decide to stay between Lakes Maggiore, Orta and Mergozzo, Casa Theoba is bright and welcoming. Part of a semi-detached villa, it is surrounded by a large garden with plants and fruit trees. Completely renovated in 2023, the furnishings consist of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, and storage room.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.
