Was the perfect peaceful place to stay, had a great time!

Notre fin de semaine a été géniale!! Nous étions 14 personnes et il y avait suffisamment de place pour tout le monde entre-autre assis à la table, au salon et toutes les places à coucher étaient très confortables! Il y avait une très grande variété de chose à faire sur place. Marc est un très bon hôte et il répond rapidement en cas de besoin! Je recommande!!!

What a gem! Don’t hesitate to book Magdalena’s little slice of heaven in the trees. The moment we opened the front door we felt right at home! Everything is absolutely perfect. The house is larger than it looks from the outside, with tons of space to share time or have some privacy. I brought my 16 year old for a few days to hike and relax and she LOVED having her own “wing” with the screened in porch outside her bedroom. Magdalena was so responsive and helpful, but there was absolutely nothing we needed. Check in was a breeze, the house was easy to navigate, and we loved every minute! The beds were SUPER cozy, and I was greeted by deer in the window in the morning sunrise. If you love to cook, the kitchen is fabulous with a great oven and well-equipped. We always go to Les Fougeres for a meal when we’re in town, and it’s just 5 minutes down the road. Make a reservation and check it out for a beautiful dinner! Absolutely stunning setting and a very clean and well appointed rental. Charming vibe and super cozy set up. Amazing master suite and also very comfortable secondary suite. My family all felt “right at home” and we would definitely consider returning on our next visit to the Ottawa area. Jumped in the Ottawa River on May 18th and can attest to the cleanliness of the water and the nice sandy beach! Exceptional place to relax, refresh and recharge! Our overnight stay was perfect-pictures do not do it justice! Marlene’s retreat is the perfect place to unwind-especially the dining area overlooking the river-magical! From the well equipped kitchen (and welcoming bottle of bubbly), to the wonderfully comfortable beds, I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay-a dip in the steamy hot tub, really topped off our busy day. So thank you Marlene, you are the perfect hostess, from the moment we arrived, until we left, appreciated all of your attention to detail, made the whole experience seamless, and so memorable-THANK YOU.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s place. It fit the five of us comfortably with more than enough space. The neighborhood was quiet but still an easy walk to everything we needed. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or a longer-term stay, it’s an excellent choice. Would absolutely book again!

This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The loft we rented was absolutely beautiful—stylish, spotless, and even more stunning in person than in the already-gorgeous photos. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The owners were simply amazing (merci Pierre & his wife) —so welcoming, kind, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Super accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and we’re already planning our return. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable getaway. Serene surroundings, well equipped kitchen and bathroom., Extra bedding and quilts are accessible, gorgeous backyard, there’s cute mug collection and also a bookshelf. There isn’t too much checkout criteria too, it’s all east and amicable. Curated bath supplies 👌🏻

We had a wonderful stay! Luis was proactive and communicated clearly throughout. The cottage was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. The mountain top views from every room made it extra special. A peaceful and scenic spot that made our family trip truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful lakeside location. Cozy, well-equipped cottage. We spent a very relaxing long weekend and came back to the city feeling very fortunate to have found Krystal's place, and very refreshed as well. We had one minor issue with a missing piece for a paddle board and Krystal sorted it out immediately with the part in question arriving on the following day. Lac Bataille is a spectacularly beautiful lake. Our location mid-lake meant that we could explore the whole lake easily, by kayak and paddle board, and by walking on the quiet roads. We hope to return soon.

This was our second stay at Kim and Scott's and we loved it again. Very private and peaceful cottage, right on the water. We brought out paddleboards and paddled the entire lake. Super cute place for two people.

We stayed at La Belle Denis cabin and it was literally as presented in the picture. The cabin is warm in winter with hot water ! Perfect for a weekend gateway. We love the quietness in winter and the trail on the property. We hope to comeback in Summer to check out the lake! Shu

Terre & Neige est une pépite précieuse. La passion de Julia est rafraichissante et inspirante. Nous avons adoré non seulement sa cuisine mais également sa belle convivialité. Le chalet était superbe, l’attention aux détails aussi. Je recommande vivement pour une expérience réellement de qualité.

We went to Ruben’s cottage for our daughter’s first christmas in 2024. The place was private, cute & cozy for 4-5 ppl. The host is very prompt in responding to our doubts (even though they are mentioned in the description). The location is 30 mins away from parc omega. I had requested to put up some Christmas decor for our daughter and Ruben was kind enough to accomodate the request. the living room was beautifully lighted up and well decorated. To our surprise, we found christmas presents for us below the tree. Note : the location in the google map is little inaccurate. It took us 50 metres farther. We checked with the host before we could spot the cottage. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for my family and would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay and Francis's place. The cottage is well maintained with lots of seating and is well stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. The river is just in the back accessible from the back porch, has bbq and outdoor dining area. The place is at the end of the dirt road, so very private! Will be back!

Pretty view of the Rideau River. Quiet spot to relax, take a stroll around the neighborhood. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook. Comfy bed with a great view.
