FUN PASS requested by the campsite to access the swimming pools, entertainment, children's clubs... MH non-smoking, no pets allowed. The price includes water, gas, electricity. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, heated salt pool (from late April to October) outdoor space to relax and eat with family or friends. This beautiful house is only a 2-minute walk from the lake and grocery stores. A little piece of heaven in the Landes located between Mimizan beach (20 min) and Biscarrosse beach (30 min). The house is very well equipped for children, as well as adults.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Our accommodation was refurbished in 2018. A Jacuzzi was installed in the garden, 2024. It has all the comforts expected of a modern home and in particular quality bedding.
