VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. The house, immersed in the historic center of the City of Amandola, totally renovated and furnished, has: 2 cozy rooms, a bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi bali Hamman with Turkish bath, a sofa bed in front of the fireplace (not usable), a large living room with kitchen and relaxation area, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains. "Il Gioiello" is equipped with a large kitchen furnished and equipped with a ventilated oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge.

Welcome to real Italy. This is a unique home, named locally as Casa Matita (The Pencil House). It has an awesome view awaiting you from the loggia (roofed terrace). Relax, read, drink prosecco or dine while watching amazing sunsets in the peaceful medieval village of Santa Vittoria. At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

We have three separate apartments overlooking Lake San Ruffino and a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains. The view of the lake is accompanied by the sound of the animals that inhabit it and the surrounding nature. The place is an oasis of peace: it's suitable for those who love nature and want tranquility. There are several species of birds and it is the ideal place for those who love to photograph. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but there is a small refrigerator.

B&B located in Rustici di Amandola, within the Sibillini Mountains National Park, in a villa on the second floor. YOU WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT AT YOUR DISPOSAL (no other guests) The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the entire Sibillini mountain range that can be admired from the large private balcony. Perfect area for reaching places of interest such as the many nearby ancient villages, hiking trails, mountain areas. BREAKFAST INCLUDED - also local products.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
