NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Bright apartment with front garden

Only for 1 or 2 persons (included children) 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Charming 45 sqm studio apartment on the first floor of an ecological wooden house on Lake Starnberg. Bright, airy ambiance thanks to large patio doors with access to private terrace and garden. The apartment is equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200), kitchen with oven and dishwasher, comfortable sofas and 65-inch TV. Remote work is also possible without any problems, as the house has a modern fiber optic connection and Wi-Fi. Pets are very welcome!

Modern apartment with luxury amenities that accommodates two people. Chic bathroom with large shower cubicle. Great large and quiet terrace just for our guests! Fully equipped kitchen! The Roche company is a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Super location in the Alps, only 40 km to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 50 km to Munich or 100 km to Innsbruck, Lake Kochel and Lake Walchen can be reached in half an hour, Lake Starnberg and the Osterseen are very close!

It was a very nice stay in Bernried, here you can swim in the lake, cycle, walk, visit the Buchheim Museum.... The apartment is as described, tastefully decorated, with designer pieces and beautiful pictures and everything you need. And because it was mainly oriented to the east, it was pleasantly cool while it was hot outside. The small place in the garden is green and quiet. The apartment is very easy to reach by public transport (a few minutes' walk to the train station, where there is also a car sharing car!). Birgit always answered questions immediately and was helpful. I highly recommend the apartment and a stay in Bernried.

Everything was great, except that at 4 in the morning it dawned and, since the bedroom had no blinds, the light came in with all its force and woke us up. We don't sleep much, but we do enjoy longer walks when we start earlier in the day, ha, ha, ha.

Vote 5/5. Apartment impeccable, clean and equipped with all the amenities indicated in the listing. Super helpful and friendly owner, he speeded up the cleaning times to be able to meet our early check-in request. Very quiet area, I loved the village of Seeshaupt, for its peace and still offers many amenities. Train station a 10-minute walk, which offers many connections in the various cities. I used it for a visit to the center of Monaco and to go to oktoberfest, as recommended by Albertine. I'll definitely be back, very satisfied!
