Conveniently located: 30 minutes to Munich or Garmisch.

Eingang verfügt über eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Blick nach Süden auf Waldrand, Berge und See, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. In ca. 10 bis 20 Min. erreicht man zu Fuß den Bernrieder Naturpark und das Seeufer mit zahlreichen verträumten Badebuchten. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für Fahrräder gibt es Abstellfläche.

New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

The apartments are located in an apartment building in the heart of Seeshaupt. From there you can easily reach Lake Starnberg on foot (about 200 meters). The nearest bakery, butcher and supermarket are just around the corner. In addition, four different restaurants are only a 3-minute walk away, so you can leave the car on your vacation.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
