It is suitable for a year-round stay as it has an indoor pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

The house has underfloor heating and all rooms are air conditioned. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver.
