Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Garfield Township

We loved our stay in this beautiful house! It's even better in person than the photos - and the photos are pretty great! Perfect location - peaceful and secluded but not far from anything. Melissa was amazing and communicated quickly when any question arose - we were able to check in early and check out late which was an awesome benefit with wine in the car! The amenities are perfection: such a well-stocked kitchen and a pristinely clean bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the character throughout this lovely old granary really made it a stand out. The location is central to many wineries, breweries and great restaurants - we never felt far from anything but it was so quiet and peaceful to be surrounded by fields and so much green! The hot tub was an amazing bonus and we used it on an unexpectedly cold May night. We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

I cannot say enough. The host, the space and the location all made for one of my favorite stays ever! (Don’t rush to book though, I need to book again first! 😂)

Shannon’s place is awesome. For the money and what’s offered with the house, you can’t really ask for a better stay. Super close to downtown and walking distance but don’t have to deal with the downtown craziness. Has everything you need and for a great price.

Kelsey’s home was perfect for our family’s stay while we were in town for a wedding! We were especially pleased with how clean it was and the number of kitchen amenities which made it easy for us to cook several meals in during our stay. She also had some great recommendations for local spots (restaurants, activities, etc.) to check out. Would definitely recommend her place for your family’s trip to Traverse city!

The house worked great for what we needed! The hot tub does have a leak so we had to fill it up with water when we arrived and wait for it to warm up before using. Worked great after! House had everything we needed and conveniently located close to town. The road is a little busy and the road noise is quite loud, but not annoyingly loud. Zack was easy to work with and overall was great!

Everything was great. We had a small issue...but it was fixed quickly and thoroughly.

We had an excellent stay and experience! The hot tub was clean and private which made for a relaxing getaway. The location is close enough to downtown TC so we had easy access to great restaurants and the house is also conveniently close to the TC trail system, so we had the best of both worlds! Also, Bethany was super responsive to our questions and replied immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming studio! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing solo retreat. The setting is incredible - right on the water. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, and the private sandy beach made it feel like a hidden oasis. The landscaping is gorgeous , and the beachfront seating, fire pit, and beach toys made it easy to unwind and enjoy. The patio was a perfect spot to relax with a view and peaceful atmosphere. The owners were so kind and welcoming. It felt tucked away, yet still close to everything. Truly the best of both worlds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, and relaxing stay with stunning setting.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, definitely a cozy stay, enjoyed the paddleboat, our kids lived being on the lake as well. we recommend this guest suite and look forward to staying again!

We were in town for the Bayshore Half Marathon and initially expected a group of five, but it ended up being just two couples. The condo was perfect for our group! The parking was clearly marked, and we had the place to ourselves. It was easy to access, and we even tried out the elevator. At first, we weren’t sure which building was ours since there are several nearby, but once we got our bearings, everything was smooth. The location truly can’t be beat — we were able to walk to almost everything! The views are absolutely stunning. I only wish we had better weather so we could have spent more time outside enjoying them. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, with just the right amount of space for the four of us. Having two bathrooms, a cozy living area, and separated sleeping spaces made our stay really comfortable. We’d love the chance to stay here again in the future!

This was our second stay at Ken and Rhonda’s. It is still as nice as we remembered. It was very clean- which is always appreciated. Our dogs loved laying outside and listening to the birds. Thank you for a peaceful place to stay up north!

Thank you for a wonderful time. Great condo with beautiful views. We used the cook friendly kitchen a few times. The tv in the master was truly appreciated. We enjoyed the easy to use fireplace which warmed up the entire condo. Walking distance to right brain brewing with lots of pinball machines and to traverse city whiskey Nice bath and walking path and a super quick ride to the much loved cooperative grocery.

This place was AMAZING! So clean, had everything we needed, and very well stocked! We will be staying here again when we return to Traverse City.

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!

Jesse was a great host and we enjoyed staying at their place! We appreciated the private beach to play at and the pool was well maintained. There were plenty of food and entertainment options that Jesse recommended in their binder, and all were fantastic choices. The views were amazing from the living room/patio, and it felt very private. We couldn’t see any other guest and did not hear neighbors. It was very peaceful being on site and we could definitely see about renting the place again in the future! Jesse was a great host, communicated early and often, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Overall, great experience and thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!
