Located downtown, this renovated building offers a unique space close to all the things that make up Enid. Nightlife, restaurants, David Allen Ballpark and the Stride Center are all nearby and walkable. Built in 1927, This two story building is rumored to have been a one stop shop back in its glory days. With poker and liquor on the ground level and a brothel upstairs, this place has always been hopping! While it’s much more tame today, we still think you’ll have a Grand Ole Time!

Completely remodeled and renovated with tile throughout the home. 4 BD/2 full baths. Each bedroom has their own bed and smart TV, 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 Full . Full kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, also has a residential washer and dryer on site. Downtown Enid is a 7 minute drive, and 5 minutes to US Highway 412. 4 minute drive to Northern Oklahoma College Campus and surrounding area. 15 minute drive to Vance Air Force Base.
