We spent Christmas at Larysa's house. It was 3 really fun days with my family. The house is very comfortable, very clean and the view is spectacular. We will definitely be back next season.

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We loved our stay at Nicolas’s villa. He was so helpful with any requests we had. The kitchen was very well equipped to dine in. Only a 15 minute taxi to both Nice and Villefranche Sur Mer. Would highly recommend for a group of 8

Wonderful home and environment. Great for relaxing and spending some time together with friends and family. The property is near Alba, Barbaresco and not far from Barolo. In just over an hour you can reach Turin. If I have the chance, I'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Michael's place. It was beautiful, nicely equipped, super quiet and perfect for some relaxing days in this fantastic wine region.

Very friendly and responsive hosts who made us feel like we were at home and gave us a tour of the appartement during the check in process. We were 4 adults going to see the Grand Prix in Monaco. The apartment is clean, spacious and located in a very peaceful area of Menton. A parking spot is available on the property. There is even a small jacuzzi which is perfect for the cooler summer nights. The town centre and train station are easily accessible by car. The only tricky thing is finding the place because you are driving through a hill but you will get used to it. It is an ideal place to spend a long weekend. Thanks again!

A small group from our cycling club had an amazing stay at the property. Riding the nearby climbs of the Eze, Madone and Mont Chauve. Exploring the local villages, towns as well as Nice. After a good day's cycling we came back to the villa and enjoyed the spacious garden, views and pool. The property had lots of room to relax, all the amenities and a great kitchen for cooking. A superb place to stay, we will be back!

We booked this place at short notice, almost on the way to Liguria. Alessandro was super accommodating to our requests when booking. On site, the accommodation is looked after by his mother, who accompanies the check-in and check-out, as well as explained everything and provided us with fresh vegetables from her garden. In addition, there were "secret tips" for excursions and restaurants. In short: highly recommended. Thank you. The property itself is very spacious with a fantastic view over the city and the sea. You have the feeling of residing in a small palazzo above the city, although it has the charm of a past time. You feel transported back to childhood. Simply magnificent. P.S. The last two hundred meters of arrival is a small adventure, as it is very steep and narrow. But all road users in the area are courteous and careful.

We had a great time at Jerome and Carine's house. The apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful Liberty villa, equipped with a lovely garden with sea view. In the house there are all the comforts for a family of four with two children aged 4 and 7. The house was clean and tidy with everything you need to cook and wash. There are steps to get to the house but nothing so tragic. We really felt right at home. We have already recommended the apartment to several friends!

Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

Pleasant and bright accommodation, very large living room we were visiting for 3 days, and we had enough space for 3 people!

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your welcome, kindness and availability.

We had a really nice and almost perfect three days. The structure is cozy, with spacious, clean and comfortable environments, perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights is definitely the outdoor area: spacious, well-kept and with a really breathtaking panoramic view! We, a family of four, realy enjoyed the place; eating in the very beautifull garden with the anaxi g sea view Angela gave us perfect insteuctions and tips for activities. We went to cycle from San Stefano to San Remo, wonderfull activity. We went swimming in Cervo, made a visit to Menton and walked along the beach to Alassio. We recommend the place in the sping season!

A charming home in the heart of Sospel, perfect for activities in the mountains or at the sea. The accommodation is quiet and clean, with space to park nearby. Élisabeth welcomed us very warmly and is available and accommodating.

Gorgeous property, beautiful and comfortable home. Location perfect! No parking on site only because the villa isn’t accessible by car, but it’s a short walk to the parking lots, so not too much trouble.

Cathleen was the perfect host. She welcomed us immediately, nothing was too much trouble. The accomodation was private and we came and went as we liked. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. The accomodation was great we had many BBQs followed by a swim. We were invited in for a wine tasting with Cathleen which was amazing. Great conversation and amazing wine.
