Recreational accommodation for rent 24 hours or weekly basis. Vacation home in newly renovated farmhouse. The house is located on the same farm as the landlord's residential building. The house is 74 sqm in two floors with small hall, kitchen, bath and TV room on the lower floor. Open sleeping loft with two single beds 90x200 and small bedroom with a double bed 180x200. Steep stair to upper floor. Smoking or pets are not allowed. During the coldest season, we want your request at least 48 hours before arrival so we have time to raise the temperature in the cabin.

Welcome to Sveden, Svärdsjö, to our two-storey log house from the 19th century, which together with the inn forms our surrounding valley farm. It is beautifully situated overlooking Boränget Lake and the forest into the knots and not far to the center of Svärdsjö with i.a. ICA Supermarket and pizzeria. Sveden is an excellent starting point for art, culture, nature and sports experiences and no less than 65 excursions and attractions can be found in Svärdsjö. Falun can be reached in 20 minutes. Great for cycling and hiking

I spent a weekend in the cottage with my two children for a football cup in the area, we also had time for a visit to Leksand summerland. The cottage was inviting, everything was clean and nice, freshly picked flowers on the table and beds made when we arrived. Well-equipped kitchen. Fantastic location right by the water and the veranda under the roof that faced the lake was a favorite. We felt welcome and the host Maria was easy to communicate with. We are very pleased and can highly recommend the accommodation, we will gladly return!

We can't recommend this place enough - Erik and Daniella are so so nice, friendly and helpful without in any way being too much, we felt right at home. The cottage is so cosy, was just perfect for us and we would definitely come back. The lake is two minutes walk away and lovely for swimming, gorgeous forest is ten minutes walk away and there are really handy buses into town. The neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful. We were there in the spring/summer and would love to be there in the winter as well.

We stayed with Erik on a Friday - Sunday in June during Falu Summer Cup (football). We were two adults and a 12-year-old. We were greeted by Erik and his wife who were very nice and showed us around the accommodation. It's really a nice place to stay! It's so cozy and quiet. Erik explained the walk to the beach (at "bathrobe distance"). The sofa is large and comfortable to sleep on (the 12-year-old slept well). Great and nice kitchen area with everything needed to be able to cook. All windows had roller blinds, which was a big plus as it was really sunny and summery this weekend - we could have them down during the day so it was cool and nice when we got back to em. Luxurious that it included bed linen and towels! We would love to come back here again :)

Fantastically nice accommodation right next to Lake Varpan, where you could enjoy the sunset from the accommodation and the jetty. Comfortable beds, pillows, and duvets. Large nice bathroom with washing machine, which was a big plus as we stayed a whole week. Zandra and Fredrik are super nice and accommodating. Always responded quickly to messages and questions. We truly felt at home.
