Close to nature, but still close to the centre. Note: Low ceiling height (2 m) in bedroom and bathroom. No separate living room – only what is shown in the pictures. Small BUT incredibly cozy 🫶🏼

The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.
