This industrial-style, double-volume loft has high ceilings and exposed brick walls with a relaxed local feel. The comfortably furnished duplex apartment sleeps two and is suitable for both corporate travelers and holiday makers. The bedroom and bathrooms are upstairs, with open-plan living area on the lower floor. There are two large balconies, one on each floor. Newly renovated in the heart of the city, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Located in the middle of all the the city's best restaurants, shops and bars. Easy walking access to everything you need. UPS Wi-Fi. Work uninterrupted. Strictly No Smoking. Strictly No Noise/Parties. It is a quiet and peaceful building that is very sensitive to disturbance.
