Monthly Rentals in Garden Bay

It was such a wonderful house! The vibes in the house were so simple yet very cozy. The house was equipped with everything you need with very new appliances and attention to detail from the owners. The house was close to many lakes and was perfect for our family’s weekend getaway.

Lovely stay, outfitted with everything you need. Spent a cozy rainy weekend here with my spouse and our little cat and it was really peaceful. The space is beautiful and nestled away in a private neighborhood, walkable to the nearby marina. The hosts were responsive, proactive, and friendly. Would happily return!

Jon was flexible with our situation, we are locals to the street and had to do a restoration at our house. Worked with our budget and welcomed our dog! The house was perfect for our 2.5 month stay. Well stocked kitchen, cozy towels and ample space. Beds are a little hard for our liking but we made it work. Thanks again Jon! Would suggest to anyone needing long term and would be great for short term as well.

Brian's place was a perfect location to visit family on the coast. It had everything I needed and Brian was very responsive to any questions I had. I look forward to staying here again!
