Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Accommodation for two in picturesque Bläsinge, in the middle of eastern Öland, a stone's throw from the sea. This is a living cultural area with open studios, harbor, sandy beach and farm sales. Cabin, 20 sqm, plus external sleeping loft of 10 sqm. Private patio with charcoal grill. Access to swimming pool, depending on the season. To the beach, it is 2 km. The host couple lives on the property, next to the cottage. Duvets and pillows are available, guests bring their own bed linens and towels. Sauna can be booked, SEK 100. Welcome to beautiful Öland!

Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cottage and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect for a walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here it is so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
