Welcome to the quiet suburb of Seljahverfi, Reykjavík. Spacious, bright condo with 3 bedrooms and balconies. iMac for guests. The apartment is where I live, but when rented out I am not here (just to clarify). Conveniently located for excursions in/out of Reykjavík also easy access to the local pools, supermarkets within 2 minutes walking and outdoor area of Elliðaárdalur. Bus stop 1 minute away. The living space is generous, with a full dining table seating 6, couch, lounges, home theater.

MtDome - your private midnight sun escape

Very private and cozy dome in a rare location. If you truly want to meet the Icelandic nature and weather, then this is the place for you. It has a fireplace, panorama sauna and not a person in sight. A superb place to see the northern lights or enjoy the midnight sun. You have to work for your reward by walking for about 10 minutes to the dome from the parking at the farm. Its a good place is you want to get off the beaten track and still be close to the main attractions like the golden circle.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. For security we have fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and motion sensors. No cameras on site.

Beautiful Downtown Apartment

A beautiful apartment located right at the center of town with a view of the big church, Halllgrimskirkja. A variety of cozy restaurants and cafes just steps away and all the cities major attractions within walking distance. For guests who will not be renting a car, a pickup point for excursions is also conveniently located just around the corner. Fun fact, the house is designed by the locally re known architect Godjon Samuelsson, who also designed the church Hallgrímskirkja : )

And all this just 15 minutes by car from Reykjavik. An ideal starting point for day trips to Reykjavík, the south coast of Iceland or for exploring the highlights of the famous "Golden Circle" – including evening relaxation in the luxurious jacuzzi. A lovely newly renovated studio with a private entrance and a private patio.The apartment comes with a five passenger A Kia Sportage with four-wheel drive free for guests usage. The apartment is located only meters from the Atlantic ocean at the small boat harbor and around 10 minutes drive from the centrum. The apartment has a double bed as well as a sofa bed suitable for two adults. In the apartment you will also find cutlery both for children and adults.
