Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. I am renting out my cozy basement apartment with private access. It is in close proximity to MOC, BMW, Zenith, Euro-Industriepark and is very well connected to public transport. A bus stop is right in front of the building and is 2 stops from the Kieferngarten subway station (U6), which is also a 10-minute walk away. Oktoberfest is 20 minutes away by U6. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.
