Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

The place is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, games for children and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant that also serves on the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is fast and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has splits in all the bedrooms and in the living room, cellar, crystal bowls, 2 spaces in the garage and on the balcony you can see the sea. The internet works very well. we want to go back already.

We came in 4 couples to do the Floripa Ironman...and, without a doubt, we stayed in the best possible place. And I'm not just talking about location. Eleonara, weeks before, had already sent the "manual" for the house and was always available. Andrea, who takes care of the house, is the best!! She is nice, caring and very friendly. the trip was perfect.

The apartment is beautiful. It's two blocks from the beach and two from a supermarket with everything you need. The neighborhood is super quiet and nice. The facilities have everything you need and more to be comfortable. AC in all rooms, two bathrooms. In short, very good everything. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a little far from the center, but it's not a bad thing about the apartment for me

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. The house exceeded our expectations, very beautiful, spacious, cozy. The garden is amazing, well maintained and beautiful, integrated with the area of barbecue, pool, pergola, we enjoy a lot! It has all the utensils we need during the stay. We would definitely return to staying at Simone's place.

I stayed 10 days in Vanessa's apartment and it was great. The place is super cozy, everything is well arranged and comfortable. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and has everything nearby; bars, snack bars, a good market, pharmacy, in short, super practical. The apartment has everything we need to cook comfortably, and it also has plenty of bed linen and blankets, all of good quality and very fragrant. Vanessa helped me with everything I needed, always very helpful. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is very close, you can easily walk there. I really enjoyed the experience, I felt super comfortable. I would definitely come back!

Hello, I'm from Goiânia and we booked the house to spend Christmas and New Year's Eve with the family. We loved the stay, the house is new, everything is very clean and smells good. New towels and sheets, the kitchen was very complete, we didn't miss anything. Well-ventilated rooms, the ground floor room was very spacious, the pool and hot tub were always clean, the guy cleaned every day in the morning. The beach is very beautiful and clean. And very close to the house. We really enjoyed the stay, and it exceeded expectations in everything. The owner was very attentive and always responsive. We intend to come back again and again.

The stay was wonderful. The place is amazing, our family loved♥️ Close to the beach, the market and pharmacy. The pool is big, we made walks and trails, all close by. The balcony of the apartment is large, a delicious barbecue and dinner with the family. We'll be back for sure at another time.
