Two balconies with double seating areas, both upstairs and with lake view. (New outdoor space July 2023) There are several ski tracks, ice skating lakes nearby if weather allows. Kungsberget and Högbo ski resorts, only 35min away (34km) 12km to central Ockebo with shops, restaurants, cafe and beautiful Wij gardens.

The cottage is one of the area's largest, with a free, elevated location and with good privacy. There are two porches and seating for all directions for maximum sun location. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields.
