Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Das Häuschen für Naturliebhaber liegt an einem besonderen Platz in Alleinlage in den wunderschönen Ötscher Tormäuern. Durch das offene, große Grundstück plätschert sanft ​ein Bächlein, wo für euch Sonnenliegen warten. Das kleine Anwesen "entschleunigt" und tut der Seele gut. Ihr könnt Flussbaden im kristallklaren, erfrischenden Wasser der nur 400m entfernten Erlauf, wandern oder sonstige Abenteuer starten. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Bichl-Hütte, a hiker's hut with comfort

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

This nice and cozy apartment in the Elsasser house has two spacious bedrooms with double beds and one single bed each. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and coffee capsule machine (for conventional coffee capsules). There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and hairdryer. A living room with a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and a dining table group complete a cozy living space.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Bärbel's Panoramic Hut

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.
