Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gallipoli

Beautiful house, super divided for three families, as there are three separate units and you can also retreat well. The disadvantage, however, is that the kitchens are therefore not very large. We imagined the distance to the sea to be smaller, you can already walk there but it is (especially with children) not quite as close as expected. The communication with Giulia was great, she always responded quickly and kindly and was very helpful and accommodating. The apartments were very clean and the garden and Pool nice and well maintained.

Very nice place, exactly like the pictures. Always parking available in the front of the Airbnb. At walking distance of bakery, supermarket & multiple restaurants. Perfect!

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet location, nestled in a lovely landscape. Unfortunately, the kitchen lacks some utensils to cook yourself (peeler, good pans, cereal bowls, among others). It would be great if that were added. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

Beautiful and very peaceful place within the old town of Nardo with everything in walking distance. Lovely courtyard & very friendly and helpful host.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

We loved everything about this rental. Daniella was amazing and very accommodating. the location is great, very close to the church and local cuisine and coffee which is super important! would stay again!

Antonella e Vincenza downstairs are the best hosts! Always nice ans happy to help. The apartment also is stunning, big plus the large terrace with shower on the roof top, the courtyard was great for breakfast and the aircon was a blessing as it was a really hot week! Wonderful home, beautifully decorated, could not ask for more and will definitely be back!

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Beautiful house, very nice, in a fairly nice and pleasant immediate neighborhood. There is everything you need in the house… it was very good.

Patrizia’s apartment was somehow even more beautiful than the photos—thoughtfully designed, bright, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed here with our 21-month-old daughter, my mother, and cousin while in Lecce for a family wedding, and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Street parking was mostly easy to find, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of Lecce’s historic center, great restaurants, a playground, and a grocery store. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Patrizia made it so much easier. She had a great pack-and-play set up with linens, some toys for our daughter to enjoy, and even welcomed her with a little stuffed animal—now a new favorite. The private patio was another highlight—a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Very well located for visiting the surroundings, the sea is nearby. Terrace on the roof of the house to share but with a magnificent view 🤩 (be careful on rainy days, very slippery stairs)

5-star accommodation. Large apartment, well exposed, very well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. While being close to the beach, and small shops. Bike, BBQ and Jacuzzi available. Complimentary coffee pods and bottle of red wine. A view of the sea and the breathtaking sunset. We would have stayed there for a few more days. I recommend it 1000%.

We spent three nights at Ippazio's place - it was great. The house is in a very quiet pocket, a short wall to a rocky, quiet beach and with stunning views of the sunset. Kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped, which was great as restaurants are a short drive away. Ippazio was very responsive, a great host! Thank you!

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

A special stay for 3 nights, in a lovely setting. Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations for local shopping, and the kitchen faculties were great to cook in ! Spongano is a cute town, check out the icecream shop too. Alessandro's place has lots of space, and makes you feel like you're really staying in Italy !

Fantastic. The apartment is clean and modern and host Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer all your questions and give extra information about the city. For us as users of the public transport the location is perfect. The train station is a fifteen minute walk. Within ten minutes you are in center of Lecce where you can view the beautiful city and enjoy all the delicious food that the region has to offer. The apartment itself is large with a separate bedroom and spacious areas to eat and sit comfortably. There is a small kitchen and a corner with a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We were very curious about the private pool but it exceeded all our expectations! It's nice to cool off on hot day but it is even big enough for swimming a few small laps. The terrace is spacious, really private and has morning sun. The region has a lot to offer and we certainly didn't get bored in a week. So there is a good chance that we will return to this apartment!

Alessia was very communicative from the beginning. Both through text and through the Airbnb app. She allowed us to check out a bit later, which was great since we had luggage we needed to take to our car. One recommendation would be to tell guests coming from other places other than Europe that the apt is in the second floor, not the first floor.

I had a wonderful month in Lecce, a great deal attributes to the fact that I was staying at Fausto’s apartment. I think we’ve got the best view in the city. I really like this apartment a lot. It has every good quality that’s been mentioned in the previous reviews, and more. I also wanted to thank Fausto for his prompt responses and assistance. I had some knee issues and required assistance to get me to the train station and to the right platform the day I left and Fausto did not hesitate to help. For that he has my gratitude and thanks. I hope to return to Lecce and this beautiful apartment again in the future.

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect place to stay. Excellent facilities. beautiful little private garden and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the frdge! Manuela was aways helpful and easy to communicate with and overall I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in her flat.

Beautiful and attractively furnished apartment with a fantastic roof terrace with various seating areas and outdoor kitchen. Also within a fully equipped kitchen. The fridge was filled with goodies and there was a nice bottle of prosecco ready for us. Bathroom with large shower room with rain shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasin. Exactly as in the photos or actually even more beautiful in real life. Beautiful plants and lighting on the terrace create an attractive whole, during the day and in the evening. On the ground floor there is a supermarket which is also very convenient. The contact with Giulia went very smoothly. Within walking distance of the old centre of Galatina with the beautiful cathedral and many eateries. In short, a must-see where you can easily stay for several days.
