Infatti basta notare le prime tre stanze formate da volte ampie e alte con delle piccole finestre che fanno entrare quello scorcio di luce dal terrazzo, il caminetto dove si cuoceva la famosa "pignata" e le numerose "botti" di vino dove si faceva fermentare il mosto dell'uva per poi diventare vino.
