Renowned artist Dileepa Jeewantha from Colombo, Sri Lanka designed the designer hotel SAFFRON ROBES LIVING in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka, his birthplace. Not far from the ART GALLERY SAFFRON ROBES, surrounded by tropical plants, a cubic non-conformist design gem was created with currently 4 extraordinary rooms, koi pond-lounge, atrium and small restaurant. The ground floor is decorated in dark tones. The areas on the upper floors are white; based on “Heaven & Hell”.

The most central beachfront location on Hikkaduwa beach. Amaroo is an ocean lovers oasis, nestled amongst breezy palms and surf breaks. The room is bright and airy with a comfortable king size bed, AC, ceiling fan and safe. Please note we can't guarantee first or second floor rooms, it depends on availability at time of check in. Rooms have slightly different configurations, but all of the same amenities. We are a 14 room hotel with bar and restaurant.
