We enjoyed our stay at the River Queen. The house had very good vibes. It was fun hot tubbing at night when it was 13 degrees and snowing! Highly recommend dining at Cochecton Fire Station. Staff, customers super friendly and the ornery old fashioned was delicious! Overall a great long weekend getaway 👍

Had a wonderful time at erics place, he was very easy to contact and gave us a few local recommendations. The place was perfect for my group of 5 and even my little pup, who had a blast running around in the snow. Recommended this place to anyone looking to wind down and enjoy some peace and quiet. We also visited the town of calicoon which had some great vintage shops and a few places to eat, even though we mostly made dinners at home. It was nice to have the option. Thanks again eric!

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months in the summer of ‘23. I had a great time, I loved the town, and the apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for bachelors or a couple. James is a very responsive and helpful host, who went out of his way to assist me and ensure I had the most enjoyable time. Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Beautiful space. Well thought-out design. Spacious and airy. Warms and cools quickly. Likely an amazing summer stay with so much natural light.
