The Legacy- Historic Farmhouse

This historic farm house has a lot to offer with 5 bedrooms and can hold up to 10 people. In the den/game room there is a pull out couch for an additional guest if needed. There is a large kitchen and dining room with seating up to 12. Come enjoy a long weekend with us. We are centrally located between Sodus Point and the City of Rochester. There is a lot to do locally as well with restaurants and attractions in Williamson.

This is Geneva's oldest known house built as a duplex in 1796. (you are on the right-hand side. A full time tenant lives on the left-hand side) It has been decorated accordingly with all the contemporary amenities. This special place is very close to downtown, the lake and the colleges, (walking distance really) making it easy to plan your visit.
