Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Galax

Cathy was super sweet. She let us check in early and I was so thankful! They introduced themselves and were so kind. House had easy check-in. You could hear some noises from upstairs during the day, but it wasn’t bad. Always quiet at night! Bed was soooo comfy too!

We enjoyed our stay at The Mill! The suite was far more spacious than we expected. Be sure to sleep with the windows open because the sound of the river reminds you of the beautiful setting in this charming town. The bed was very comfortable and there’s even a sitting area in the bedroom. We enjoyed morning coffee in front of the picture windows that provided a stunning view. We loved the restoration story and handmade features. Marcia was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable.

Great spot - very convenient if you're wanting to walk everywhere in downtown Mt Airy. Very comfy and perfect for a couple (there is a Murphy bed if you need space for more but wr didn't use it). Everything was clean and well-stocked. The bed and couch were both very comfy and the shower was great. As other reviewers have mentioned, the upstairs neighbors' footsteps are very noticeable. This is completely out of the owner's control, so the review isn't being impacted. But it should be taken into consideration if you're hoping to sleep in. We had a great time and highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed staying here. The interior of the loft apartment was clean, well decorated, stocked with whatever you’ll need, and the included laundry room was a major plus. The location is in close proximity to a major grocery store, and downtown Floyd is walkable where there’s a lot of fun things to do and see. We ran into a few small issues while staying, and the owner was quick to communicate and resolve them. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, very nicely remodeled. Easy to get in, I see reviews complaining about it being cold inside but I think it was perfect, about 68 F if I had to guess which is perfect. Private parking however I recommend using SUV or truck because the gravel driveway is very uneven. The Airbnb had everything you need, everything. The location is private but the surrounding streets are busy at night so just be aware. Overall good experience.

Kelly’s place was wonderful! It is the most well stocked air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were all very comfortable and the space was great for 6 of us. The coffee shop next door is great and all of downtown Jefferson is walkable. We were in town with our 4 kids and were able to enjoy the library and large park right up the street. Kelly contacted us about an issue before we even noticed it. She was wonderful. We will stay here again when in town!

We stayed for one night. The neighborhood was nice. The house was cute and well appointed. Found out after getting there, this town has a lot of history. Went on a Sunday so not much was open but enjoyed driving around. The home was decorated so nicely. Everything you need for your stay was available. We cooked dinner and breakfast and anything we needed for that was there. Loved sitting outside listening to nature. I took a card to stay here again on our travels.

The Pink House was welcoming and bright. The home was well stocked, clean and just as described in the listing. Kate was pleasant and very responsive. We love the Sparta area and will book here on our next visit if available.

As pet owners, we especially appreciated how genuinely pet-friendly the property was, which made our trip even more relaxing. To top it all off, the affordability was fantastic for such a high-quality experience. We can't recommend this Airbnb enough and would love to return!

Morningside was such a nice retreat for my family! Robert was very responsive. He and his wife were so kind to our toddler and let him meet their horses. The property is gorgeous and is the perfect place you if you want to unwind!

What a beautiful place to stay! The home looked just like the pictures, and we were impressed with how clean the home was. As someone who is a bit of a self-described clean freak, I felt comfortable and able to relax in this clean and clutter free space! The views from the home are beautiful, and the windows in the back showcase the incredible mountainous landscape. The Home had plenty of blankets and towels, which was a plus for us. We brought our two small children, and we felt safe and secure with them. Taryn was great regarding recommendations, and was incredibly responsive. The kitchen was neat and clean, and had everything we needed to prepare food there. Great coffee and fun things to do were only a five minute drive. There was enough room to feel comfortable and spread out, but still had a quaint and comfortable feel. We were definitely impressed! If you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable weekend, definitely book this home!

This was a perfect place for my sister, niece and I to stay half way through our trip from Georgia to Pennsylvania! Such a cute and private place! would definitely recommend 😊

We loved our stay at Taryn's place. It was so homey and clean. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. I would have loved to take advantage of the beautiful back patio by relaxing with a book, but time got away. We will not hesitate to stay again.

I enjoyed my stay. It was close to the hospital I was working at and near shopping plazas and restaurants. Carolyn was amazing. She checked on me during the snow storm and was always available whenever I reached out. I look forward to booking again in the near future.

I would put this Airbnb at the top of my list for locations I’d definitely stay at again. The condo was PRISTINE and has been very well cared for. Even things like baseboards, ceiling fans were free of dust. Those are the places that reveal how well a property is truly maintained and they get an A++ ! I echo the comments of many other reviewers that this was a much better choice than any hotel. Yes, it’s a walk to the 3rd floor, but the stair well is very wide, indoors and carpeted. So it was a very easy, pleasant and stable climb. I felt very safe going to the 3rd floor alone. I don’t have a single critique. If you are thinking of booking, do it! 😉

I stayed at this great location about a year ago and being able to return was great. Hawi remembered me and made sure I had everything I needed. It made me immediately feel at home to return. The space is clutter free, spacious, and clean. It was only me this trip, but there was plenty of space for others without tripping on anyone. The location is close to main roads, but set back far enough that it's quiet and calm - both things I really needed on this trip. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, and other shops are within walking distance or a short drive and medical centers are not far if that is why you were visiting. Parking is right outside the building and there was always space. This unit is on the second floor, so I had to remind myself not to try and carry everything up the stairs at the same time, but making 2 trips to the car was perfect. I hope this rental is available when I return again. Thanks for a great stay.
