This unique accommodation is located on the third floor, has a beautiful ocean view, is just 3 minutes from the beach ¨La Estación¨ and the ¨Charles Darwin Foundation¨, is comfortable and cozy, away from urban noise, and has high-speed internet. It is also located above a cafeteria with delicious healthy and artisanal food, where cultural events are held on weekends and is an ideal space for coworking.
