Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gajana

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

A very beautiful house ideal for 2 or 2+2 kids. It is in the middle of a large yard of olive trees, generating a calm mediterranean athmosphere. The evening sun shines golden into the trees of the forest that starts right behind the beautiful pool area, which was substantially larger than I expected. We spend a full very relaxing week there and even used the free mountain bikes to go to a closeby beach. The sauna area finishes it all off in perfection, just as did the greeting gifts of Prosecco and Dino‘s families own excellent olive oil. Such a nice stay, thank you!

Our week-long stay in Danijel and Tina's house was fantastically beautiful. The two have furnished the accommodation with so much attention to detail, super practical and with everything you need. Our absolute highlights were: a lovingly prepared floor bed for our two-year-old daughter, toys for her, the large garden, where you could always find a shady or sunny spot somewhere, fly screens on every window, the grill plate and the extra refrigerator in the extension right next to the terrace. Thank you Tina and Danijel for your hospitality! We'll be back!

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've been to so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15 month old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and can also be had for a short or extended chat. We can only recommend it and if we are in the area again we will stop by again:-)

A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

Wonderfully quiet village, everything within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Within 10 minutes on the beach (for which you get a parking pass from Davor) and in Rovinj. Beautiful centrally located in Istria. If you are looking for tranquility and want to get away from the busy tourist spots, you are in the right place. Before, it is available daily for maintenance at the garden, etc., and is always available for questions or a chat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

We felt completely comfortable with Kristina and Daniel from the first moment. The apartment is in excellent condition – perfectly maintained, modernly equipped and absolutely clean. There is nothing missing that you need for a relaxing stay. We would like to highlight the lovingly landscaped garden, which is not only beautiful, but also perfect for a stay with a dog. Another highlight was the little white cat, which we quickly fell in love with – it enriched our stay in a charming way. The location of the accommodation is also ideal: the sea and some beach bars can be reached on foot in just 5 to 10 minutes. If you like to be active, you can easily explore the centre of Pula by bike or car – a visit to the local fish market is particularly recommended. The place itself is pleasantly quiet, not very touristy and very original - just the thing if you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back :)

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

We would absolutely recommend a stay in the Birdhouse of Branko! After friendly contact about the ETA, he was waiting for us at the communicated stop. He helped us carry some luggage and walked us to the accommodation. Once arrived there, the home was clean and cozy and the fridge was already filled by him since he would know that the shops were closed once we arrived. The view from the balcony can best be described as perfect. Branko is a really kind host who wanted us to feel home. We can confirm that it felt like home. 😌 Motovun was a bit quiet, but it was fine since we loved the serenity of the birdhouse. We will definitely recommend our friend to consider the Birdhouse when visiting Istria. We would also recommend to book at Miro Tartufi for truffle hunting!

It was a pleasure to stay in Robert's villa! Everything was good and the communication with Robert was very good and flexible. Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic time, the house, pool and internet was great. Davide is very friendly and answers quickly to all questions. We recommend this house, and will book Davides accommodation again when we travel again to Croatia. We travelled with our dog, the garden is fenced and perfect for a dog. We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while travelling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super responsive and quick to respond. When we get back to Istria, there's only one AirBnB for us.
