The location is ideal for a real family vacation, and the beautiful nature and beaches are only a few kilometers away, and in about 20 minutes by car you can visit the larger cities: Rovinj and Pula. The villa can accommodate 9 people, on the ground floor of this warmly furnished villa there is a living room with kitchen and fireplace, as well as a bedroom and bathroom, while the other rooms and bathrooms are on the floor of the house.

Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.
