Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Gajac

Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Lage und Unterkunft waren wie beschrieben, bzw auf den Bildern zu sehen, nette Terrasse, ausgesprochen sauber. Zum Strand (Kies und Felsen) ein direkter kurzer Weg, ca 50 m. Ortszentrum von Pag ca 2 km, Bäcker und Obst-Gemüsegeschäft ca 300 m, durchgehend geöffnet. Marija war oft vor Ort, ausgesprochen herzlich und zuvorkommend! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns nochmals für ihre aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft!

Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr nette, sympathische Frau. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Das Haus ist super schön, sehr geräumig und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Außerdem können wir ihr Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen, das war für uns mit Abstand das beste in der Umgebung. Top, wir sind dankbar, dass wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden haben.

Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Altstadt. Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, alles ist gut erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Sie lässt sich in verschiedenen Temperaturstufen und verschiedenen Stärken einstellen. Darüber waren wir sehr froh, da eines unserer Kinder ein paar Tage hohes Fieber hatte und wir dadurch mehr Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen mussten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet! Wir haben nichts vermisst. Erwähnenswert ist der hübsche Garten! Die Stadtstrände sind in Fußnähe und bieten Unterhaltung für Jung und Alt (Aquapark, SUP Board, Tretboote, Restaurants, Bars) Das Auto kann man direkt vor der Haustür parken und von dort aus schöne Ausflüge auf die Insel unternehmen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Byliśmy grupką przyjaciół w tym domku. Mogę szczerze polecić! Dominic i Rafael to świetni gospodarze, bardzo mili i mega komunikatywni, można powiedzieć, że czuliśmy się jak w domu! Niemalże na wejściu zostaliśmy przywitani i oprowadzeni po domu, zostało nam wszystko wyjaśnione! Basen był czyszczony co 2 dni, a nawet raz porankiem dostaliśmy śniadanie! Naprawdę klasa, okolica wydawałaby się nudna, ze względu na odległość do większego miasta, ale jednak tak nie jest! Naprawdę piękne plaże na około, most prowadzący na wyspę Vir, gdzie można zwiedzić malownicze ruiny zamku nad wodą i piękne klify! Bardzo blisko było też miasteczko Nin, mega turystyczna miejscowość. Do zadaru około 25-30 min samochodem. Do najbliższego sklepu około 3 minutki na pieszo. Od serducha moge polecić to miejsce, Cena = jakość 5/5

Our stay at Karlo's villa was absolutely fantastic, even though the weather wasn't on our side! The villa itself is beautiful and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing base. This is truly a perfect place for someone who loves peace and quiet. The real highlight, however, was the heated pool. Despite the rain and cooler temperatures, the kids were able to spend hours splashing and playing, which truly saved our holiday. It made such a difference knowing they could still have so much fun outdoors regardless of the weather. Karlo was a great host, and we felt well looked after. We highly recommend Karlo's villa, especially if you're traveling with children – the heated pool is a game-changer! We can only imagine how amazing it would be in sunny weather!

Skvělé ubytování, místo, pláž u apartmánu, poloha apartmánu. Jediný problém byl se sousedy nad námi, kteří bohužel nedokázali dodržet noční klid a tak 2 noci byly s přerušovaným spánkem. Na druhou stranu noční život k tomuto městu asi aktuálně patří :-)

Wow, wow, wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Holiday Home Diana. Although it was April, the weather was beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking. The house was spacious, full of everything you could need when away from home and spotlessly clean. We arrived late but entering was straight forward and complimentary drinks were waiting in the fridge. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing few days away from everything and everyone. Nothing was too much trouble for Drazen and his parents - whether it was recommendations for places to visit or to eat, meeting the resident turtles or asking to source items (suncream!) from nearby. We even ventured out on the bikes, which was an experience! We highly recommend this villa to anyone and are looking forward to bringing our own children and parents soon!

Charming, clean, stylish, well equipped house with lots of character and breathtaking views. We had a delightful 6 night stay. She surprised us with a home made goodies. Unlike in other houses that we experienced in Croatia, we found everything we needed, from all kitchen equipment including sponges, hand soap, salt, pepper, some extra spices, dishwasher tablets and perfectly working A/C. We used a BBG, which also had wood and utensils. The terrace is great but the heated pool was and a swing was an absolute hit for our 5 year old. The beaches were about 500-700m away, I loved the hills for my morning runs. There are few ok restaurants not far from the house. If/ when we come to Zubovići again, this is where we will choose to go !

S neliko prijatelja i djece odlučili smo odabrati ovu kuću za odmor. Bilo je sve savršeno! Najvise nam se svidjela okućnica sa roštiljom, smjestaj bez signala, predivna priroda i peć koja je ugrijala cijelu kuću. Sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj. Imali smo i više nego je potrebno i lijepo smo se odmorili.

Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, bezproblemowy kontakt i piękne zadbane miejsce :) pogoda niestety nam nie dopisała, ale gdyby było pięknie i słonecznie to nic tylko wypoczywać tam ze znajomymi! Polecam :)

War ein sehr angenehmer und einfacher Aufenthalt

We only stayed for one night but we wish it had been longer! The place is truly amazing, in a calm neighbourhood with a stunning view on the island. There is a large outdoor lounge area including a swimming pool and even a babyfoot. The appartement was perfectly furnished and we could enjoy the view from a private terrace. Ivana and her family were very welcoming and responsive. Thank you for offering us a perfect stay! We definitely recommend this place to discover Pag island.

Premetto che siamo due architetti... e che inizialmente pensavamo che le foto della casa fossero dei RENDER... Ma Sanel ci aveva assicurato che la casa era realmente così.... Beh.... devo dire che Sanel si sbagliava....la casa è Molto più bella delle Foto.... È una casa Fantastica.... Curata in ogni suo aspetto...Arredata con gusto e Funzionale in ogni suo Aspetto. Piscina che vi farà venire voglia di stare lì tutto il giorno. Zona relax per bambini con calcetto, biliardo, freccette....Io devo dirvi che se volete essere in pieno relax e sognare una vita da Attore Hollywoodiano dovete venire a provare questa casa. Bagni per ogni stanza ...Letti King size magnifici.... E visto che per lavoro viaggio molto, devo dirvi che ho trovato Magnifici anche i cuscini. E per la cucina? beh talmente bella che vostra moglie sembrerà uno chef.... per la sua felicità nel cucinarvi. Se volete stare bene questo è la casa da sogno a Vir... Credetemi le parole non bastano per esprimere la sua BELLEZZA.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen in dem Haus, die nette Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat uns geholfen bei Restaurants etc. Man fühlt sich schnell wie zuhause und die Nachbarn sind alle nett.

Two separate bedrooms, excellent kitchen, large refrigerator, blinds on all windows, metal-plastic windows, huge veranda, from which you can see a piece of the sea. They are great, kind, and responsive hosts. A small con: the house is located 3 meters from the road in Mandra, so if you are sensitive to noise, you need to take earplugs with you, and cars drive day and night. 5 minutes walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the beaches, 3 minutes to the bakery, 5 to the supermarket. You have your parking in the yard!

Ivan and his wife are such welcoming hosts! My children really loved exploring the yard. Beds/bedrooms are super comfortable. AC is just in the main living space but even in August we slept comfortably overnight, the house doesn't get too hot. Washing machine is a bonus. There are many very large supermarkets within 5 mins drive and a small store/fruit stand across the street. We drove to the nearby beaches - our favourite was called Sandy Beach Privlaka.

Das Haus ist liebevoll mit kleinen Details eingerichtet und Vesna hat irgendwie an alles gedacht. Die Aussicht ist ein Wahnsinn, die Lage ruhig, wir haben extra gut geschlafen und alles ist in TopZustand und Vesna wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besser geht’s kaum 🤩

Wir waren außerhalb der saison bei jadran. wir waren bereits im Ort und konnten die unterkunft sogar schon früher am tag beziehen. Wir waren überrascht über die Ausstattung. Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, essig, Öl... Alles da. Das Haus liegt in mitten eines wunderbaren Garten. Das sollte man berücksichtigen. Man lebt in der Natur, mit allem was dazu gehört. Der Strand war wunderschön und einsam. ca. 20 gehminuten entfernt. Die Umgebung ist noch ruhig. Wir hoffen es bleibt so. jadran konnte uns Empfehlungen für die Gegend geben, die wir genutzt haben. Wir danken ihm und wünschen ihm für die Zukunft Gesundheit und alles Gute!

Everything is perfect, if you are looking for quiet, cheap place it's perfect. If you need only place to stay night and relax after sunny day it's the best choice. Room is in the sun only till noon and after it is covered by chilling shadow. Vrsi Zukve is small, quiet village but there was something "magical" and calm in it. You can take a walk by the sea, go to the other part of Vrsi with beach bars and few restaurants. It was great place to start 1-day trips to Zadar or Paklenica NP. Also there are few beautiful beaches (also sandy) but you should ask Ljubica how to find them, she was very helpful.

Amazing accomodation, really fully equiped apartment with luxury terrace, seaview. Great for family with childrens (2+2). Welcome bar and very friendly hosted family. Absolutely quiet location, near sandy beach, 5 minutes walk, a sea full of mussels to catch and cook. The playground and the bar with tasty pizza, hamburger, ice cream very close. Perfect location for daily trip to visit Pag, Vir, Zadar. Supermarkets, local shops and historical centre of the Nin 5 minutes by the car. I really recommend. I hope we will be back next season.

Die Unterkunft liegt nicht mal 5min zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, somit sind Supermärkte und Restaurants sehr gut erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist in der Nähe. Es gibt weitere (schönere) Strände in der Nähe, die mit dem Auto nicht weit weg sind. Die Unterkunft ist außerordentlich sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass das Wasser im Bad oft nur sehr schwach rauskam und somit das Duschen etwas länger dauern konnte. Da man in Novalja hauptsächlich zum Party machen da ist, hat es uns zwar nicht unbedingt gestört, Aber uns ist es dann doch mal öfter aufgefallen, dass das Haus ein bisschen hellhörig ist. Dennoch würden wir bei einem erneuten Besuch wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.
