Holiday rentals with beach access in Gajac

nice little apartment in good location!

The stay was very pleasant. Peter always responded to messages right away and was very kind. It is practically furnished, with a great terrace, with sea views. The location is great, 2 min walk to the beach. The only point deduction is parking. 3 parking spaces next to the house are great, the other two awkward to come in and you park one behind the other. The guests in the apartment next door were nice and we were always able to agree because of the parking situation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with family I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and beach . The host provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities, making my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience was outstanding. The host’s hospitality and the quality of the accommodation made it a memorable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

We were really warmly welcomed and despite different languages everything was directly understandable. We got a little briefing, got the key and then were able to arrive comfortably. My family and I felt really comfortable right from the start! Everything was impeccably clean and the bedding just smelled great! 😍 If we go to Croatia again, then definitely there again. 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a super nice and relaxing vacation in this apartment. From the balcony you could see the sea directly and there were beautiful sunsets. The beach was also within easy reach, you just had to walk down a flight of stairs and you were there. There were also sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, which belong to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as promised and we didn't miss anything. The contact with Sandrine and Nicolas was also very warm. At this time of year it is very quiet and relaxing here, I think in the high season there is more going on. But for us, it was just right! Thanks for everything and we'll be happy to come back!

The place looked great in the pictures and our expectations were absolutely met. The apartment was cozy and wonderfully clean. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs, we ate there almost every evening at sunset. The absolute highlight was of course the private beach section, where we didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the hosts who were always friendly and helpful. We felt right at home!

One word: 'welcoming'. We have felt very welcome by Vesna and Yvan ( - sorry if I have misspelled your name, Yvan ;)). The details were in the little talks, the shared coffee, the surprise cakes, the olive picking together, and the heartfelt love towards our toddler. I want to add that this was always with respect to our privacy! Furthermore the surroundings: close by the sea, wonderful views (every night mesmerised by the sunsets), close-by a nice restaurant with playground, ... We would recommend a car to move around to visit surrounding towns. We have experienced it as a very good fall out base. Thank you for the memories.

Very well equipped house with everything that you will need during your stay. The host is very helpful, there was a wobbly part on the bike and the next day after the message the bike was fixed. Friendly neighbours and very beautiful location. Recommend! ☺️

Lovely little house, in a modern style, very well equipped. Great location, big backyard with parking. A large shaded patio is also a huge plus. We are very happy with your stay. The only problem was checking in. I believe the contact number should be provided right away at the time of booking.

Well equiped apartment with a nice view on the bay, hiking trails around and lots to do in beautiful Croatia. Our hosts were very friendly and helped us settling. Calm neighbourhood and just what we were looking for.

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Beautiful calm place with amazing beach and fire place. Marija is very nice host that even cooked for us a seafood dish and we would like to come back as this is that kind of place that I would like to see again. Good luck to You Marija and All the best! Hopefully see you again soon! :)

Lovely place, great location, beautiful beach right next to the house. More swimming opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Quiet location. It was a beautiful vacation.

Great place with an outstanding view and modern facilities. Very responsive and welcoming host.

The house is very nice & clean, everything fenced (perfect with dog), beautiful surroundings, sandy beach with beach bar, restaurants & large supermarket 10 min walk away, quiet location, Anita & her family are extremely nice, very helpful. They came every few days to clean the pool (in the morning, you don't notice) and often brought us breakfast! Large gas grill & pool

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

We had amazing time in Ribarica. It was exactly what we were looking for. Picturesque place, peaceful and quiet .And Neven’s place was really great. It had all facilities we needed . The balcony was really big. And the apartment was jus a few steps away from a lovely beach . We really recommend this place 🩷

Very nice apartment and close to the village with a beautiful view

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.

Marin is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The apartment is nice and clean with 2 bathrooms (very useful when you are more than 4...) in a quiet place 10min walk from Novalja center and 30min walk from Zrce Beach

We stayed the 1st week of July in the Heni’s apartment. It has been a very nice holiday! We appreciated you can reach the beaches in 2 minutes by walking! Vir isle is fantastic with colours that change from part to part of Vir. The relation with Toni was very important! Hope we will come back in this apartment! Important also several bycicles that Tony and Heny gave the opportunity to use. Thanks to that we went around Vir.
