Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

Excellent location, very close to the beach and various restaurants, the area is very safe. The apartment is cozy and beautiful. I would just suggest a TV in the living room And Jeannette is a very good host, always attentive 🩷

First time in Santa Marta and I absolutely loved it! This place is definitely worth it and it is really nice. I would recommend to everyone.

Maria Fernanda gave us the apartment, she was very kind and dear, the apartment was impeccable, very nice and cozy with an excellent view. The amenities of the building are very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen, the bed is very comfortable and the temperature is perfect with the air conditioning.

My partner and I loved it, the The accommodation is quiet and beautiful and just like the pictures, the host is very friendly and helped us with all the doubts or questions we had and any extra documentation we needed. 10/10

Nice place, very nice view . I loved the design. Great communication from the host. Its just not much to do around. No bars no restaurants. The beach does not have any infrastructure. The sand is dark grey .

Impeccable experience with them

The apartment was newly renovated and adorable. Each room has its own full bath. There is a small pool/Jacuzzi in the main area. the kitchen is very small, which was fine for us. It is well located and the owners were very kind and helpful. highly recommend

Great stay with our family of four couples and two kids. Alana was fantastic and the house was just like the listing. The rooftop pool was so nice and the breeze was great. If you are a light sleeper be aware there are clubs nearby playing music until 2-3am. Ear plugs are provided. It’s also tropical weather so pack your mosquito repellent.

Excellent property! Comfortable and comfortable! We couldn't use the TV as it was always unzipped and it's the only one in the house, but everything else was fine!

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything ready for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it provides a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the highway, even so you can walk to this beach or to Gaira. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a cooler, which made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

the place is very quiet, spacious, clean and above all beautiful with its sea view and private beach. a very cool place thanks to its air conditioning, it has two bathrooms and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which I appreciated.

We loved the stay with you, without a doubt, we will return, too clean, tidy with all the necessary implements, we felt safe and very comfortable, The only recommendation is to check the washing machine, since we washed white clothes and they came out stained, or make the recommendation to the next residents. What a great location for the sunset. It was also really nice to have access to the hotel pool. The dryer is hot, so be careful using it. It reduces a lot depending on the material, so be careful. Everything else was good.

We had a very relaxing time at this place. It’s very close to the beach and right next to a local mall with several options of restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. Host is kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

I loved it! My plan was to rest and I did it! Gym, beach access, pool, jacuzzi, spa, restaurant bar, without having to leave the place! Super safe. I recommend it!

Excellent place overall. Very close to the beach while also being quiet and peaceful. Great view and balcony, perfect weekend vacation for a couple. Overall, a 5-star experience and an owner who truly cares and is very responsive. In my opinion, it isn't suitable for 4 people unless 2 of them are under age 10 and ok to sleep on a very small couch and use a very small bathroom. Doormen were very nice, security situation was great, and there are two very good restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away, and about 100 more restaurants within a 15 or 20 minute walk.
