Lovely place within walking distance of downtown. Nice and clean overall. While close to the road, noise machine provided was helpful and didn’t hear anything. Quick responses as well which was very helpful!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. really nice people. They live right next door.. they have a couple of apartments here on their property. They actually were life saver for me. I left my laptop power cord at home and they had one for me to use. ... Very nice and accommodating folks.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Very clean place with everything you need. Close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Adam is very fast at responding to any of your questions. I recommend to stay here

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. Muffi and Tim’s place was awesome! Very homey and comfortable but also packed with extra amenities even beyond what were listed. It’s tucked away and peaceful but within 5-10 minutes of just about everything, 15-20 minutes for the farther parts of the city. Clean and cozy and highly recommended!

Paige & Rachel were AMAZING! Even though our last couple days we got hit with Hurricane Helene & had no power, they went out of their way to help & I am so grateful!

John is an outstanding host! He is very informative and responsive. The home is also just as described! It was perfect for us. Very welcoming and cozy. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are visiting. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

This place was an absolute gem. It was really, REALLY clean. I think the hosts emphasize how much they clean, and it really shows. It was conveniently located to Asheville. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

This home was beautiful, spacious and meticulously clean. The host's accommodating nature was evident in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything a guest might require. Phone chargers were thoughtfully provided in every room. The backyard was beautifully maintained. If I return to this area, I will certainly book this property again.

Sheila's place was perfect. I was surprised at all the added supplies...lots of snacks...coffee...tea..etc. Very clean. Beds slept great! Dunkin Donut gift card was another added bonus. Greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of spots to sit, relax and look at the view. Especially loved the screened in porch. Food delivery can be tricky for drivers to find, be clear with instructions for them. Would definitely stay again.

Very homey, well stocked, roomy, in-law apartment in a quiet, country setting. Garage parking with direct handicap ramp entrance from inside of garage to the apartment.

Linda's condo was exactly as it was described, and yes, the beautiful trees and scenery around it made it very peaceful. The condo is very welcoming, the furnishings made us feel right at home, and the location is great! Linda was always responsive and flexible during the process. It was a great experience! We will definitely be going back!

Property is very comfortable and clean. Very homey and well stocked. We loved how walkable restaurants and attractions were and proximity to parking Check in was a breeze with clear and crisp directions. Check out directions equally clear. Inside of property very quiet. There was some traffic noise Saturday night but nothing unmanageable. Cindy very proactive in communication and readily available. Wonderful location highly recommended

Our group was new to Asheville and we all felt so at home, comfortable, and cozy in this condo. Parking was easy and we were able to walk to breweries, shops, a co-op, restaurants, and a music venue. Highly recommend booking this place for your trip!

Dustin’s place was awesome! Easy to walk everywhere in the downtown area- restaurants, trails, and not too far from the minor league baseball stadium Fluor Field. Super clean place, feels right at home.

The condo was a nice place to stay and had everything I needed. It was nice and felt like home. I felt safe there. There were eggs from their own chickens in the refrigerator for me to use as well!
