The apartment is arranged over two levels: On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a living room, bathroom and kitchenette; on the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with an additional single bed and a small balcony. For both floors, the ceiling height is 2 metres. There is a €20 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 pm. For stays of more than 4 nights, utilities are not included in the accommodation fee (check-in/check-out) and are charged at a price agreed upon at the time of booking. The tourist tax is $2.50 per person per night for up to 10 nights.
