You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

The 85m² - guestappartement in a sublime area, close to the forest is situated in a historiv villa; it has a seperate entrance. The 100 year old house was former owned by the Böhler-family. The famous painter Hans Böhler, the sculptor Franz Müllner, or illustrious Lisa Lanett, grand doughter of Archduke Otto (father of the last Austrian emperor) were celebrity guests in the villa.
